AlgoDyne Ethanol Plans to Develop Biodiesel Division

Date Posted: May 10, 2007

Las Vegas -- AlgoDyne Ethanol Energy Inc. (OTCBB:ADYN) announced May 9 that it has successfully completed a transition plan to exit the reclaimed textile business and is now positioned to fully engage a diverse portfolio in eco-energy.

AlgoDyne's new focus is to pursue three tiers of eco-fuels: raw material sourcing, production and distribution. Its primary focus is on two industries: Biodiesel and Ethanol.

As part of its biodiesel business lines, AlgoDyne announced that it has completed initial partnership discussions and has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with retailer and product supplier, Utah Biodiesel Supply.

Founded in April of 2005, Utah Biodiesel Supply was started as an online business offering a comprehensive collection of supplies and products, Biodiesel Homebrewing and Biodiesel Commercial activities.

Since then, they have moved into providing a full suite of services and retail products designed to educate, assist and service an entire biodiesel industry.

The LOI commits to forming a contract between the two companies within 30 days and the determination of jurisdictional exclusivity including a white labeling of their website for future e-commerce revenues.

AlgoDyne's new strategic direction may position the Company to enter the business of establishing “eco-fueling stations” for industry, communities and organizations. The intent is to assist these markets by offering a complete one-stop solution.

AlgoDyne expects to sign several letters of intent and agreements in the near future in order to establish its infrastructure in all areas of its business interests.

AlgoDyne is a corporation committed to developing initiatives in Eco-Energy world wide. Its focus is to create a portfolio of three primary activities (raw materials, wholesale/manufacturing, and retail) in the Ethanol and Biodiesel industries. The Company anticipates that its business plan will be fully engaged in all sectors of its strategic plan by Q4 of 2007.
