Biothane Corporation Joins Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies

Biothane Corporation announced June 30 that it has joined the Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies family.

This further strengthens Biothane's position around the world by enabling the company to offer added value to its customers through differentiating technologies and solutions.

Biothane will continue to offer it's premier high rate anaerobic technologies for wastewater and medium rate solids digestion technologies through the office in Camden, NJ (for North America), as well as the existing worldwide offices.

Biothane's range of services includes process design, pilot testing, equipment supply, project management, design-build project execution, and start-up and training services.

Biothane Companies have provided more than 450 installations worldwide, with new installations being constructed every day.

The recognized innovation, support and efficiency of Biothane's technologies and staff will remain in place and operate as it has over the last 30 years.

Biothane will retain the name Biothane Corporation as well as its staff and offices in Camden, New Jersey and its international locations.

Biothane has adopted a new logo for a cohesive identity with its sister companies and new parent company.

Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies (VWS) is the technological subsidiary of Veolia Water and includes six other subsidiaries in North America (Crown Solutions, HPD, John Meunier, Kruger, N.A. Water Systems, and Whittier Filtration).
