Date Posted: May 12, 2008

Annawan, IL—“We are pleased to announce that Consolidated Grain & Barge (CGB) has begun posting basis bids for corn delivery into our ethanol facility,” says Patriot’s CEO/Chairman Gene Griffith.

“As construction of our plant rapidly continues with nearly 400 people on site daily we are beginning to focus our efforts on grain receiving and product outflows.

"All of our hard work to get us to this point has been rewarding and we are looking forward to entering the next phase of plant operations”. Dan Aubry, Grain Procurement Manager for CGB went on to say that “CGB is offering a ‘buyer’s call’ contract for last half of July. Delivery periods will be scheduled in 10 day increments and the plant will require nearly 150,000 bushels of corn per day for processing.

Interested parties may contact CGB in Annawan at 309-935-5750 or 866- 429-0909”.
