Evolution Fuels Delays Issuance of Corporate Financial Reports Until July 3

Dallas, TX—Evolution Fuels, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVFL) (the "Company") announced July 1 that management will require an additional two days to review the Company's financial reports for fiscal year 2008 as well as the first quarter for 2009.

Consequently, the Company's management anticipates that the Company Information and Disclosure Statement through the OTC Disclosure and News Service, which will incorporate the financial statements, will by published by July 3, 2009.
