New York—Innovation Fuels, the New York-based renewable energy company that manufactures, markets, and distributes second-generation biodiesel to customers around the world has announced Paul Niznik has joined the firm as Vice President of Strategic Operations managing the New England market.

Mr. Niznik's primary responsibility will be spearheading the development of Innovation Fuels' New Haven terminal which is scheduled to open for business in June 2009.

The terminal will feature barge, truck, vessel and rail access to heated storage for 1.2 million gallons of biodiesel fuel.

"Paul has made measurable contributions to the company with the development of a terminal with extra transportation modes that provide our customers with biodiesel supply security and we are excited to have him aboard as we develop this New Haven site into a regional hub for our products." commented John Fox, CEO for Innovation Fuels.

Mr. Niznik is a graduate of Yale University and brings with him years of business development experience in New England.

He comes to Innovation after leading a biofuels research and consulting company and developing new biofuels for heating applications.
