Lipten Names Jim Croce as President and COO

Jim Spencer, Lipten's CEO, announced Oct. 1 that Jim Croce has joined the company as the President and Chief Operating officer.

Croce has been the CEO of NextEnergy for the past five years.

NextEnergy was founded in 2002 to serve as a research catalyst, startup incubator and business accelerator for alternative-energy technologies.

Prior to NextEnergy, Croce was the VP of Business Development for DTE Energy Companies Energy Technology Group.

Spencer said Croce will be a key part of Lipten's growth strategy which expects their revenues to surpass $ 200 million in the near future.

His previous experiences will help Lipten grow their alternative and renewable energy markets.

The Lipten Company is an Engineering, Procurement and Construction firm (EPC) that specializes in General Contracting, Steam generation, Power generation, Chilled water systems, Co-Generation and Water treatment projects.
