Outdoor Industrial & Rescue Services Opens Business to Serve Industries Across Midwest

Devils Lake, ND - July 21, 2016 - Outdoor Industrial & Rescue Services, a new industrial cleaning contractor, offers a wide array of cleaning services to the agricultural, food processing, ethanol, industrial and oil and gas industries across the Midwest.

Chad Petit, co-owner and president of Outdoor Industrial & Rescue Services launched the new company in February 2016 after identifying a void for industrial cleaning services in the area.

Petit has worked in the construction and industrial service industries his whole life and has been focused in the pipeline industry for the past 14 years.

His team has more than 40 years of experience in construction and industrial cleaning and offers a wide variety of services, from confined space rescue to site restoration and maintenance as well as the removal of unwanted materials.

Other services include:

- High-power pressure washing, site cleanup and vacuum services

- Certified confined space rescue services

- Confined space attendants/air monitoring

- Fire watch services, low-angle rescue, turnaround/shutdown services

- Cleaning of above-ground storage tanks, conveyors, hoppers, loading docks, parking lots and pits and sumps

- Environmental cleanup

- Facility cleaning and site maintenance for buildings, grain bins and elevators, processing plants, silos and storage facilities

- Fleet washing for heavy equipment, rail cars, tractors and trailers

- Ground thawing units for frozen ground and piping

- Foreman and laborer services for temporary and long-term projects

- Project management for short-term projects

- Inspection services on short-term projects or vacation fill-ins

While its standard service offering is extensive, Petit says the business is adapting and evolving to meet clients’ varied needs.

The team focuses on providing customers safe, reliable and quality workmanship throughout each project.

The company serves customers in Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.

The team is based in Devils Lake, North Dakota and travels from their facility to meet clients’ needs and is available to travel to locations outside of the coverage area if needed.
