(PINKSHEETS: PSUD) is pleased to announce the results of the recent meetings held in China with our partner Shanghai Jun Ya Yan Technology Development Co, Ltd and regional authorities. The Joint Venture visited potential algae farm system sites in YanCheng, Xiangshui County and New Zone Cixi, Zhejiang. The locations inspected meet all of the requirements for large scale commercial production of algae, biofuel processing and access to multiple markets. Shanghai Jun Ya Yan will represent the Joint Venture in the final negotiations with representatives of the aforementioned Economic Development Zones. Meetings held at the Ocean University of China with the Qingdao National Laboratory for Marine Science and Technology provided a pathway to collaboration between PetroSun China and Qingdao National Laboratory. A Memorandum and Experimental Agreement will be executed between the parties to acquire a Certificate of Authority for the use of selected algae strains for commercial operations.
