Renew Energy Resources Begins Permitting Work With RTP Environmental Associates for Waste Vegetable Facility in New York City

Tampa, FL—Renew Energy Resources, Inc. (Pink Sheets:REER) (“RENEW” or the “Company”), announced October 14 that it has started preliminary permitting work with RTP Environmental Associates (RTP).

This represents an essential milestone in the process of building a vertically integrated waste vegetable oil facility in New York City.

RTP is a national leader in helping companies develop timely and cost effective approaches for permit application preparation, training, modeling analyses, ambient monitoring needs, as well as testing and analytical services to satisfy all regulatory requirements.

With RTP’s assistance we anticipate a smooth permitting process, which will support our timeline of delivering BioDiesel in New York City in mid 2009.
