Renewable Fuels Association Hosts Ethanol Safety Seminars ... Oct. 17-18 ... Ocala, FL

Washington - The Renewable Fuels Association is hosting free ethanol safety seminars next week in Ocala, Florida.

Attendees will receive in-depth information on proper training techniques that emergency responders and hazmat personnel need to effectively respond to an ethanol-related emergency.

Certificates of Completion will be handed out to all attendees at the end of the safety seminars.

The Oct. 17 and Oct. 18 seminars at Florida State Fire College will be each held from 9 a.m.–2 p.m. ET.

Lunch will be provided.

The seminars will be held with help from an Assistance for Local Emergency Response Training (ALERT) grant.

The seminars are free to attend and open to the public, but are limited to the first 100 registrants.
